restrict access on single account: Change Requestor/Approver/Implementer

hi folks,

here comes my second query:

Change Requestor/Approver/Implementer: There are few users who play the role of Change Requestor, Change Approver as well as Change Implementer. Such users have all three roles mapped into singe role. Customer requirement is, once change request has been logged by Change Requestor, Change Requestor should not / is not allowed to modify the change request rather only Change Implementer is allowed to modify the change request. In the above scenario, since the same person is behaving as Change Requestor / Approver / Implementer, he / she can modify the change request. In order to avoid this, two accounts have been created, one having the roles Change Requestor & Change Approver and other account having Change Implementer role. So while logging a change request, the user would login using the first credential and while performing the role of implementer, the user would login using second account. Is there a solution to overcome the above situation i.e. not have multiple accounts created but to obtain the required output using single logon credential?
