"Used" relation on Service.

I have a service "B" relate to service "A" with "Used" type of relation. In this case the SLA related only service "A".

When I created a ServiceCall I'm expected the below result but in actually it's not in my expectation, could anybody suggest either possible or not possible in HPOVSD 4.5 with SP17.

My expectation:
1. The SLA will retrived from service "A" when I selected service "B".
2. When select "Service Used by Caller" the service "B" should appear.

Re: "Used" relation on Service.

Hello Veratee,

Service A uses service B. Service A has SLA while service B doesn't.

1. Why you expect the SLA of A to be used on service B?

2. Again, Service A may well uses service B but that doesn't mean necessary that user of service A uses "directly" service B!
