"Subform exists in all forms until the initial form is closed" - is there another way to solve?

Hi,

I need help in configuringdynamic forms. The problem was described in knowledge document KM 760221 ("Subform exists in all forms until the initial form is closed"), and fixed in SP27-ITSM009454 (For those existing UI rules that are not using correct condition operators, the "Insert subform" action will NOT be executed any more). But we need to use different conditions in UI Rules to insert subform (not only operator "Is Anything"). Is there way to fix this product defect without upgrading to SP27 (SP27 is not a solution for us)?

We use SD4.5 SP20 now.

Sounds very tricky, and it would take too much time to even try to find an answer here.

Would you submit a support request via support.openview.hp.com for us, so we can get more specifics, screens and a detailed scenario, please? No doubt there are other UI and DB rules that could impact eachother.

As a workaround, put the fields from the dynamic form in the standard forms, and use a user-notification UI rule to make sure the necessary fields are set in the correct scenario.
