"Service Agreement ID or a System Handle": where is it ?

Hi All,
I have registered in the IT Resource Centre in order to log a support call and it seems that I need to have a "Service Agreement ID or a System Handle".
I have looked into the documentation we have and all I have found is an "Entitlement Certificate" and a "Certificate of License to Use"...no System Handle...

Is it something you get afterward? How do I get it ?

Can you help me?
Many thanks.

Alex

PS: This is the point in the registration where I am requested for the System handle:

» link a support agreement to your user ID
Access additional IT resource centre services and applications by linking a Service Agreement ID or System Handle to your User ID

» link a warranty to your user ID
Access additional IT resource centre services and applications by linking a product number and serial number of a product under warranty to your User

Contact with your locale HP Support Center and ask them to generate for you system handle. In my case it took one week for HP to do this.
