problems with work order categories

Software: OpenView ServiceDesk 4.5 (SP7)

I have created a new category 'Return' with Acquisition as the parent folder. When I go into a work order using the default template, this new category is visible for me to choose from. However, if I use a template that uses any other folder besides Acquisition, and then change the folder to Acquisition, the 'Return' category is not an option to select from.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hi where u add the new category.

In the Adm Console; Data; Code; Work Order?

Do u have one or two Fields with teh same name.

Yes, I am going under
Admin Console\Data\Code\Work Order category

There is no other field with the same name.
