java.lang.NullPointerException error when opening System as administrator

Hello
HP openview Service Desk 4.5 SP20
SQL DB

When opening the Client from the Server I am unable to access the Admin console, receive the error above.
When logging in from a PC, Same accounts etc I am able to access the Admin console.
I have tried deleting the local SD client files, removed and re-created the client connection, deleted all the server cashe, stopped and restarted the service...what am I missing?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.

Hi Kcarson,

Other than focusing the issue on the server, have you tried deleting SD client's cache in the box where the issue occurs?

Client cache is by default under:
C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Hewlett-Packard\OpenView\Service Desk

Re: java.lang.NullPointerException error when opening System as administrator

Kcarson,

Try copying the AdminConsole.atb file from the PC where you are able to access.

Points for the suggestion are welcome!
