Integration with OVR doesn't need any software/package. OVR treats SD database also, like any other database. You can create crystall report templates for OVSD reporting. Add OVSD database as an external database. Create and schedule reports.

With OVPI, not sure but I think we have report packs for OVSD available with the latest Report Pack version. Not sure what all reports it provides.

Hi Thanks for the response actually I want to do the other way round to view OVR reports in SD pls provide details how it can be done

Hi Vikrant,

If you can invoke the OVR via a commandline or shortcut, you can add a shortcut in the navigator bar on the left or create a smart action which can handle the command and parameter.

well if that is the way as you suggest then I can put the URL in Service page itself so that. And this way I can put url of any other reporting tools also. waddya say
