incidents created in SD via e-mail by unregistered users

Hi,

In SD valid (registered) users can initiate a service call via e-mail.

But if an non-registered user tries to create a service call in SD via e-mail then does he gets a response? If yes then what kind of repsonse does he get?

Any info would be helpful.

Hi Anu!

If Sd not find a user,person who send mail
gets a response that his call has not been accepted!

Also Administrator of Sd get mail, that user with mail...and call has not been accepted!

Response you can change in System Panek--> Email--> Email Templates
