I am trying to create a role "USER" and he would see only few fields. The user will be no IT person and he create a ticket when he has a problem. The ticket will go to Helpdesk. The forms whoudl have "Entered by", "Discription" and etc. I could make it work for all fields except Entered By Field. It does not reflect in the form.
It reflects only if I add ALL ACCESS in Included fields. PLEASE HELP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE
have a look at this. In the original restricted role make sure the role has view access to person records (optional for organisations and workgroups). If the role does not have at least view access this field my not be populated. Check it out and see if there is any change.
