emerged issues after customization

Dear all,
After customizing the SD.open.interaction and adding some new fields upon my customer's requirement
2 issues emerged and I couldn’t solve them, which are:
1. One of the requirements was to move the contact details tab before the interaction details, and now when ever I fill any details in the interaction tab it jumps back to the contact tab!!!!!!
2. when ever I try to open an incident from the interaction , the contact search window opens and even if I pressed back without entering any details, data is transferred successfully without troubles to the incident, my issue is that I don want this contact search window to open

Any idea on how I can come over this?? Your help is highly appreciated

Can you attach the screenshot of the screen where you made the modification.

hey this is the interaction screen ,i added lables to specify the tabs for your perusal, because am using an arabic language
