deleting incident

hey frenz,
it is a very silly question,i m using sd 4.5,in this here are a lot of incident but now i wanna to delete all incident ? how can i do this? where r they stored sothat i can delete it at once, plz help me

Hello Robin,

You can "archive" the incidents that you want to delete. Open Administrator Console/System Panel/Archive Settings. There you will find a list of items you can archive.

Archiving is using a view (you can edit it on Presentation/Views) in order to export the fields contained on the view to an xml file. After exporting service desk deletes the item.
