date and time problem when a call is logged using Service pages

Hi,
I'm facing a very strange issue, when i use my service pages to log a call it's automatically picking a wrong date/time in the solved time field.
One issue is that when i'm registering a service call then at that time why solved time is picked.
Other issue is that if it's picking then from where that time's picked and why it's picking the wrong time.
We are not facing this problem when we are logging a call using Service desk client software.

Hi Fenny,

Check if you have put any default value in the field which capture call finish time, in the Service page template for user.

I have checked the template and no defualt value is set over their for solved time.

Is the solved time always out by a certain amount (i.e. 1 hour)?

only when call is logged through Service pages then it's picking the date and time which is almost 24hrs ahead. But if we are using the thick client then there's no time issue.

One more thing, it's pickin the wrong time in SOLVED TIME field even if the call is in REGISTERED status.
That's quiet irritating for me.

Hi,
I observed one thing that whenever i changed anything in the template which is related to Service pages. It's not taking effect. Do i need to restart the client to make these changes take effect.
