date and time problem when a call is logged using Service pages
Hi, I'm facing a very strange issue, when i use my service pages to log a call it's automatically picking a wrong date/time in the solved time field. One issue is that when i'm registering a service call then at that time why solved time is picked. Other issue is that if it's picking then from where that time's picked and why it's picking the wrong time. We are not facing this problem when we are logging a call using Service desk client software. Waiting for an early response.
