customize system rol

Hello,

I am using Service Desk v4.5

My problem is that i´m tring to asociate some form and views to the System Administration Rol but i can´t because this part of the configuration opens as read-only. I am login as system account.

Is it normal?Perhaps because System Rol can not be customized?Or where is the problem?

Hi,

System administration role is read-only by design.

If you have added forms/templates/views to SD, by default the accounts that have assigned the System Administrator role should have access to them.
