configure MTBF and availability

Hi All
I have configured SLM for a service. In our case i have relate service to a group of person and we have crteated DB Rule to select Service field while logging a call.
But now while generating the availability report i am not getting values for following fields ,
1. Number of calls over duration
2. Call Passed deadline.
3. Average Pickup and Solution time
I have created some test call exceeding deadline but it is not working.
is it related to values for availability & MTBF?
Can anyone guide me to configure MTBF and availability ratio??

Do you use sd5 or sd45?

i have sd 4.5 with SP 11
