changing status

I have a rule:

When service call is modified
where Статус (*) equals In ProgressORWaitingORCompletedORInformedORClosed
AND SerBoolean1 (*) equals Yes
Notify owner about status changes (Send e-mail message) , Send to: [Entered by person;E-mail], Subject: Status of Service call you created is changed, Message: ID:[Номер]
Status:[Статус]
Caller:[Caller]
Category:[Категория]

When i press "save and close"(i do not change status) my users receive notification. Can a do the rule which sends notification ONLY if status has changed?

Hello Anna,

Assuming that !B0BCA is status, you have to either uncheck "Evaluate this rule when this field has been changed" for field SerBoolean1 or remove SerBoolean1 completely from this rule.
