attachment -> call number

Hi,
Is there a way to determine the call number, if you only now the file path and name in the FTP server. OVSD 4.5 SP17
path: \attach\Change\000\000\000\000\000\000\010\002\515\201\4b
file name: 00000000-0000-0000-0001-0002b437021e

Hello Oscar,

Convert 0x10002b437021e to dec. This is the service call OID. Then using the OID you can get the item's ID.

In your case

select cha_id from itsm_changes where cha_oid=281486590149150

thanks for the reply. But your solution returns NO results.
"select cha_id from itsm_changes" returns all the changes with or without attachments.
Do you have a another idea?

I have found the answer. It is not the filename but the pad that has to be convertid
10\002\515\201\4b without the \
works fine now!
