Wrong time on Graphs

I'm using Service Desk 4.5
I try to build graphs inside Service desk.
With quantity graphs everything fine, number of Service Call I can see correctly, but when I try to build graph based on Registration time, I'm receiving wrong time on X-axis.
All call created at 4 o'clock Moscow time, presented as call received at 0 o'clock.
All time shifted for 4 hours back. In Attached graph I choose bar marked 1:00

Re: Wrong time on Graphs

I don't use chart views much.

AFAIK, Moscow time = UTC/GMT +4 hours.

View is most likely picking up UTC time from database instead of showing client timezone offset.

Hope that helps. Points are welcome!

Re: Wrong time on Graphs

The Moscow time is GMT+3... And this is most intersting, cause if View took time base GMT I could understand this, but View shows time-4, that I cannot understand.

Re: Wrong time on Graphs

Coolness, here's what I see in timeanddate.com:

Standard time zone: UTC/GMT +3 hours
Daylight saving time: +1 hour
*Current* time zone offset: UTC/GMT +4 hours

Of course, you'd know best since you're on that side of the pond.

Best way to check... look at the timestamp directly in the database.

Hope that helps.
