Write rights in Service Desk

Hi,

I have one question and I don´t know if what I want it is possible to do in Service Desk and how.
I have one problem, for example if one technical write in information field, and then other technical delete the information, you don't recovery the information.
Is there anyway to avoid that someone can delete something that other user wrote?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Write rights in Service Desk

Hey Vanessa, i had the same Problem too ;) And i have a solution .

Setting the Information field readonly and use a costumfield to write in. You have to use a Database rule with the concatenate function. (information set to information concatenate with costumfield)

If you want to use the checklist wizzard you have to swap fields and use the information field for your input and a costumfield (readonly) for the text. Thats why the wizzard writes in the information field. And if you set it readonly you get in trouble :)

Check my thread if you need more help.i can make small video
