Workgroup All Calls view does not work

Workgroup All Calls view does not work

I'm working on implementation of SD 5.1 business logic. When apply Workgroup All Calls view to certain role no Service Calls appear. I checked everithing and I have a Account->Person->Workgoup cjain established properly. Nevertheless when I assign case to that kind of person no service calls have been shown. PLease advice!

Does that user only have the authority to see callls in their own workgroup and there aren't any for that workgroup?

Yes. User is a member of WG Second Level (for example) There is a role configured "Second level" and the user has account which is assigned with this role. The role has right to view cases with View "Workgroup All Calls" which is standard view. But when the userr is logging on no Service Calls appear despite they are assigned to his workgroup
