Work Order Template not coming up with the Default Template
Service Desk 4.5 SP11. We have had several users that their default template is not what is coming up as it always has. First I suspected that the VIEWS.Dat file was copied over to their HP Service Desk profile. But the Callers say this did not happen. I believe they did not select the incorrect template by accident either or set it as the default.
Can anyone think of any bugs or suspect any other reasons this would be happening?

I really think that the most probable reason is that they chose another template as default. To my knowledge is the only reason for default template to change. The same thing happens with forms, sometimes users alter their default form and then complain to the administrators that the form is not the one that should be!
