When using service call via email option get mass mails upon failure

When we create service calls via email and a mistake is made we get error listed below:

The E-mail you sent has not resulted in registration/update of a Service Call.

However, this message is recieved by staff over one hundred times. One return message from the system repeated over and over. i belive that this is caused by the mail server sending repeated messages to staff,the exchange admin says its the service desk server.
Has this issue been seen by anyone before?

This error come when people using Exch. 2k7.
In this case need update the SD to sp27.
