When servicecalls is deleted -> send email >- parameters?

In Business logic->DB Rules exist rule "When servicecalls is deleted".There is an action "Send e-mail message" in this section there is a block "Parametes".What kind of parameters i can paste in this block?

Hi,

thats interesting. There is no option in this case to add the paremeters of the servicecall to populate the email body.

As a quick fix use another condition e.g. when service call is modified and you can set parameters there and then copy then into the rule above.

You cannot attach/specify any parameters in the email message body, after a record is deleted. Once the record gets deleted, then the rule gets executed. So by the time the rule executes, there won't be a record. Hence, no options are available. You may send an email with fixed msg text to any member/group.

Has someone found this rule usefull? I don't see the usage of email "Someone deleted something".

Why should service calls be deleted? I think this is not really ITIL conform.
