Webconsole error opening attachments

On our webconsole we are not able to open attached files, see error in attached file.

any ideas?

I don't have an answer, but do have a logfile for you to check. I have same trouble with brand new SD 4.5 SP16 installation (no previous attachments to migrate). Attachments within client OK; Web Console fails. Have seen threads about non-alpha characters in FTP connection setup; that's not the trouble. Check SIP log file (C:\Program Files\HP OpenView\SIP\log) on Web Console Server system. My SIP log (attached) says "Unable to determine mimetype...FTP Exception...FTP Error 550...Can not find file..." Interestingly, the file name reported in the log file shows the "old" pre-SP16 \ naming convention, not the new 000\000\000\000... convention. What does your SIP log report? Anyone else at SP16 seeing this? Anyone have a fix?
