WebConsole - Attachment viewing

Using the web console, trying to open an attachment, the following error occurs "An Error with the ModuleControl action occurred. Please contact your portal administrator."what are the possible ways to resolve the problem

I found the problem: not possible use in ftp password symbol '&', perhaps and other? but in my case was '&'.

I have the same problem, but if I use the Java Console works fine.

Yes, solved: in ftp password don't use symbols '&' and '=' .

Thanks for the Quick response.

I had tried that already, but I still have the same problem when connecting though the WEB interface ((WORKS FINE if I use the Java Console)).

Check the access to ftp server from web console server.

I tested the problem from a web console lunch from the server that hosts the FTP.

By the way the server hosts also all service desk components except the database.
