VuGen and Service Desk 4.5 using RDP

I would like to be able to monitor Service Desk End User performance using VuGen. I have created and RDP based script that essentially opens and RDP session, logs on, Starts the SD client, logs on, gets the Service Desk home page, closes Service Desk, logs of RDP. However I cannot get it to reliably replay due to the screenshots, and I cannot do without the screenshots or the script runs away without waiting for conditions.
Any help / advice gratefully received.

We have found on many occasions that VuGen was not the right tool to develop the script and use QTP Quick Test Professionnel!

Hi Philippe,
I must admit I had not considered QTP but I'll download a copy and try it.

I've not used QTP but is it possible to run a script developed in QTP in BAC? I need to be able to test both current / load test performance and ongoing performance using the BAC End User Monitor.
