Views Problem

Hi,

I have modified some pre-customised views but those views are not getting displayed properly...Also removing the cache is not helping..Do I need to restart app server/services?

Check by removing the views.dat file, located in the OVSD profile directory.

NOTE: This will remove any of the custom views created by the end user on that system.

Akhil,

Do you mean that they are displayed, but not properly, or that they are not displayed at all ?

If the latter, perhaps
1) they are not assigned to the roles being used; or
2) they were created as a user and are thus stored in a local views.dat file rather than in the database.
