VM Command Line Interpreter error in client

I have attached a couple of VM wjview.exe error screen shots that a user receives at random times changing drop down values in different fields in a SR etc. This shuts down the application and you must restart the client. We have view and form cache turned off etc. Does anybody else see these errors and know how to go about diagnose this issue?
Thanks in advance

Re: VM Command Line Interpreter error in client

Do you have dynamic forms enabled based on the drop down values being changed?

Check that you have only 1 insertion marker for each subform.

Re: VM Command Line Interpreter error in client

We are using subforms but the value being changed does not trigure new subforms. We have 25 Help Desk users in same Role / Permissions, forms etc but it is only happening to a couple of users. We have removed JRE, JVM and Service Desk then re-installed those applications.

Re: VM Command Line Interpreter error in client

This combination of errors appears over and over:

Error executing rule 'U80# Subform Public and LT': the current active form does not contain the entity that triggered this rule.

Program error: the attribute 'urgency.' of this support request cannot be modified, because the support request item was opened in view mode or because the attribute is read-only.

If it's happening to only a couple of users, check their role and permissions on the Urgency field. Then determine how this field is related to the Dynamic Form.

Hope this helps.
