Using eork orders with multiple calls

I have set up some work orders for New User setups. when i used the network setup in another call it removed it from the first so
Do I have to create a work order for each item i want to attach to a call even if they are the same eg setup Network account?

Re: Using eork orders with multiple calls

Hello Yvonne,

Each workorder can be linked only to one item (service call, incident, change, problem).

So if the call requires work for two people and you want to use workorders, you must create two workorders.

Re: Using eork orders with multiple calls

Thanks George,
I guess I will need a rule that adds the completion of the WO to the call, as currently there is no record of it being done.

I thought the prupose of WOs was to be able to use them like a template. No good If I have to create one each time as there will be 100s in the finish.

Any ideas on how to get around this?

And what is stopping you from adding multiple workorders on the service call template?
