Using History Command via email does not create attachments
When using the "History" email command, HPSD is ignoring the attachments that are sent along with the email.
I have checked in the email settings, and attachments are allowed for this email command.
In the log file, you can see the HPSD recognizes the attachment is there, it references the attachment in the Information field of the history line, and in the confirmation email sent back to the user.
This function worked up until a month or so ago, and other than normal windows patching, no other updates have been made to the servers that the application and database run on.
We are using 4.5 SP21
Any help you could offer would be greatly appreciated.
