there is a way to use the general checklists.
Create the checklist as a general checklist Create a new UI rule Set the condition Choose - System Action Modify the view of the list of system actions that is shown. Go to the filter and remove any conditions (even the match case if ifi s set). you should then see a list additional system actions one of which is the checklist wizard. Choose this and finish the rule.
