Users can't update records after they have entered one in the WEB CONSOLE of Service Desk

Here's the issue:

A user can create a record without any problems within the Web Console of Service Desk. When they go back in and try to update it an error is thrown. "Problems with this Web page might prevent it from being displayed properly or functioning properly. In the future, you can display this message by double-clicking the warning icon displayed in the status bar." This is only happening with about 3 users at the moment. We are using Service Page 4.5. I have attached a screen shot of the error message. Any ideas or comments would be greatly appreciate. Thanks a lot!

Hi,

check the IE version and compare it with the other versions where updating is working. similarly check and enable the activex controls in security settings (tools->internet options).

Hello,

for this error are you opening the Web Console URL directly by typing the URL in the address bar (or via bookmark) or are the users accessing Web Console through a link from another page?
