Use Reply-To address instead of From address with inbound e-mail?

Hi!

Does anyone know if it's possible to use the Reply-To address instead of From address when using inbound e-mail for the creation of service calls in Servicedesk 4.5 SP21?

Instead of using service pages we thought we could use a web form on our main web site. (We don't have the time nor the staff capacity to configure and maintain service pages right now...). The problem is that the mail going out of our web site always has the same From address (a pre-configured e-mail address). We have the ability in our web site building tool to have a login to the web site containing the web form, so we can get the currently logged in user's e-mail address. Further we can configure our web form to have the currently logged in user's e-mail address as the Reply-To address, but NOT as the From address.

In our E-mail Commands tab in Servicedesk we have set Access Level=Only existing Persons, and this is where we encounter our problem: we don't want to add a "dummy person" with the pre-configured e-mail address, because we then manually have to edit all our service calls to associate them to the correct user.

Any help is greatly appreciated!

Thanks in advance, Mathias
