Urgency field created and selected under copy fields from SC to Incident

I have created a Custom code for Urgency and then created a custom field under Service call and Incident. These custome fields should be entity reference type and should be Entity to your Custom code.

If you want them to common and can be used in all the modules then Create a Custom code and then create custome field under Service call and Incident. These custome fields should be entity reference tyoe nad should be Entity to your Custom code.

Now it is availble under codes->general.
Now you add values under General like High,Medium and low and it will availble under service call as well as Incident.

Despite selecting it under copy fields for SC. When I click on Action copy fields from SC to Incident, the value of urgency does not copy from the Sc form the Incident. Please Help.

Hi Paul,

There are some custom fields that you won't be able to pass, this seems to be a bug in the application, see this doc:

Maybe, what you can do is to set the fields you want to pass as required in Incident module, that way when users create the Incident from a Service Call, they'll be forced to fill them manually.

Or, an alternative would be to use the "Select a related item?" feature in DB Rules for those values that can't be copied.

Just click on the link and on the left side you will see a menu, you can register where it reads:

» New user registration

Also, to access most of the documents in the support website, you will need to tie your HP Passport login to a valid Support Agreement ID.
