Updating Tareget date from Current Date in some instances

I'm trying to update the target date to calculate from the Current date rather than the ticket creation date when I change my Priority from a certain value (TBD) to any other Value.

I have a Boolean field set up which gets set when the Priority is initially set to TDB and then I have a UI rule set to update Target date to the current date + a certain number of hours. But the Target Date is still calculating from the Creation Date.

I realize I may have to create a rule for each of the other Priorities.
