Updates to service calls via email

I have email working mostly, notifications are working fine and new jobs via email are accepted and processed fine.

However, if I try and update a field via a email it always returns -:

The following error(s) occurs:
---------------------------------------------------
The given ID not found: 50568
---------------------------------------------------

The service call does however exist and I can browse it via the client.

Any ideas?

No-one got any ideas?

We have services calls in different folders as we share the system with another entity, would this make any difference?

A very long shot. Try using 50,568 in your email instead of 50548.

Sounds like the problem, we have plans to install sp22, hopefully that will fix the issue.

Hello!

I've sd4.5, sp27, with SLM license, on 2003 server and i 've the same issue.
