Update automatically the Deadline Field

Dear All,

I want to update automatically deadline field in SD5.1 everytime I change the priority.

So the time of deadline will be changed to registration created + max duration.

Is there any way to do this like in SD4.5?

Hi,

Try out this one
Login with Admin privilege.

Tools >> System>>
hp OpenView service desk >> Data >> Codes >> Service Call >> Service call Priority Duration setting

Here you can set the no of hours for each type of priority.

Thanks for replying.

It not working. Actually I just noticed that everytime I opened a new call, my "Deadline" field is empty. This is odd. It's should be have a value automatically right?

My Sd4.5 is okay,"Deadline" field automatically have a value without using any Rules.

Is there any misconfiguration for my sd5.1 regarding this issue?

There is a known error - no SLM module license ==> no prio-duration setting.

There is no "fix SP" mentioned - if you think this is hitting you talk to HP about temporary SLM license.
