Unknown error

Hello everyone,

We're having problems with our service desk (v.4.5 sp14). Whenever anyone tries to log in, we get the following error message:

"You are not allowed to view this %e"

I really don't know what is the problem so I can fix it. System Administrator account logs in just fine.

Any ideas?

Yes, they are.

It used to work perfectly OK for a good deal of time now. The server wasn't re-installed or modified in any way.

Hi Leandro,

1)Have you introduced any new licenses ? If you have, try deleting them and reenter them.

2)Tried clearing the server cache, in case, they are corrupted.

3) Check if any license expired recently.

What Sp use SD???, this error es solved in a SP17 see that Change Request: ITSM007973
"You are not allowed to view this service call"
//Add this to "OnDomLoad" event
