Unix technical issue

when importing to service desk, if i change the original file it gives me an error on the server cache. if i delete the cache all works fine. what is the solution for this problem?

Do you mean that you change the XML file? What do you mean be an error on the server cache? Its too obtuse for me.

Hi Josh,

The error message the I have:

Please remove the readonly flag manually.
Service Desk Message: Save file: File /opt/OV/sd/server/cache/License.chc is readonly.

In meantime I think that I have found the issue (colegue informed me). Access rights are only set as root and not as other user. Thx!
