Unable to start client...

Hi all,

One of the clients can not start. I did repair of the SD, reinstall the SP20, but I stil get the same message. I attached the message.

SD4.5, SP20.

Hello Dusko,

Have you tried deleting the contents of the cache folder?

The cache is usually found at C:\Documents and Settings\\Application Data\Hewlett-Packard\OpenView\Service Desk\

If this didn't work, try renaming all .dat files in this directory and start the client again
