Unable to login using client

I am not able to login Service Desk 5.0.2 using its client. When I test the connection using Edit Client Setting->Test Connection it says connection successful. but when I try to open HP Open View Console it throws waring "Cannot connect to server localhost. Check that the server name is correct, the server is reachable via the network, and the HP OpenView software is running."

I have attached the log file.

Hi Sunil,
From log it seems it is concurrent LIC issue make sure u have right to connect SD DB through client. Enter the IP and host name of SD server local host file of PC.
Are u able to open the client on server itself and from same subnet.

Thanks Fayaz,

I was able to solve the issue, when i unchecked the ignore clinet setting option.

I dont know why it happened, though it was not licence issue.
