Unable to Add Attachments

Windows XP client. SD Version 4.5.0588.1706 (SP17)

When adding attachments to tickets I cannot add them unless they are just a few kilobytes. Anything larger and the client locks up. Any ideas?

Hello Michael,

are the clients getting any specific error?

What do you see in the logclient?

Check if the XP firewall or any other firewall between client/application/ftp server is causing a time out.

Hi
Your client PC must have access to ftp server by network. easy test telnet ftp.server.ip 21 ; if open then problem not is access.
