Unabel to update 00:00 minutes in Dowtime field

Hi,
I have a filed called Downtime which will be updated by engineer for the device downtime.

If there is no downtime there were unable to select 00:00 min in that option.

Can anybody let me know what change i have to enter 00:00 hrs in that filed.

Hi,

I think default is 00:00 only(Try to select 1 hour 0 min, it is possible). You can use a date field instead of duration field.

Hi Venkatesh,

I want to make this field as mandatory, now i should found out the way to enter 00:00 or going for date filed.

Can you please explain me about the option.

My intention is to show how many hours the device was down.

Hi,

Create a UI rule with Before the item is saved with required conditions.

Hi Venkatesh,

Thank you for your suggestion.

I created a DB rule:
which will take the Dowtime details = Ticket open duration and its working....

I hope i will get the same kind of support in future.

I got workaround for the probel
