UI rule is not working often

UI rule is not working often

Hi,

We have Sd 4.5 with Sp16,
In change module, we have set up the UI rule as given below
UI RULE :-
When a value has changed
where Category (*) equals Application
AND Status (*) equals Pending Approval
AND DC Manager-Bank (*) equals ApprovedORVerbal BypassOREmail Bypass
AND DC Manager-HP (*) equals ApprovedORVerbal BypassOREmail Bypass
AND APP DL-HP (*) equals ApprovedORVerbal BypassOREmail Bypass
Set Status to Scheduled for Application Catergory (Update Data) Status set to Scheduled


It was observed this rule is not working often, when i am doing test call with all the above condition rule is working. But some times status is not updated as per the UI rule.

Attach are the call logged
1)call 12591 UI rule is not trigged, u can see status has been manually change to "Schedule" by "Jigna Shah"
2) Call 12703 UI is getting trigged, status is automatically change to "Schedule"

Kindly suggest.

Hi there,

I have just spotted something: you have the rule as "When a value has changed" and then have several fields marked as the one field which triggers it.

You could try altering the condition to be "Before the item is saved" or use a DB rule.
