UI Rule insanity - are they cached somewhere locally?
Setting the stage: We have two person records on each request - a requester and a client. If either of them have a persontype (custom field) of "VIP". We worked this way for a few months and I was recently asked to make the rule fire for clients only.
No problem. I open the UI Rule, strip out the condition and everything is good right? That's what I thought... but WRONG!
I've double, triple, quadruple checked the logic. There's NO condition looking for VIP person type on Requester... but the actions still trigger every single time.
