UI Rule for Update Field Text

Hey, my friends!

I have to make a view where this view shows The Incidents by Status. Though, When I maked this view, the point lables only appears te percents values and the name dont appear.

I create a field type Text called "CStatus" and I created a UI Rule:

Where Status exists
Triggered Status equal Closed
Set CStatus to Cloded

On the chart view, this name dont appear.

What can be making wrong?
Please check my screenshot for more informations.

Hello Marcela,

Have you updated all the old incidents? Create a view (not chart type) using the same filter as in your view. Mofify it to display both Incident;Status and Incident;CStatus

Are all the closed items have Cstatus equal to closed ?

Can you more specific?

I have a UI Rule for each Status type ( Registered, In Progress, Waiting, Completed, Informed e Closed).

How can make to update on the view All Incidents?

Marcela,

If the rule is new the old items will not be updated. What I want to check is whether a problem exist on the views or not.

That's way I suggest create a view on incident that list closed incidents. In that view include the "Cstatus" field you have and check to see if it is equal to closed for closed incidents.
