UI Rule change data not follow the condition

Hello,

I'm a little new in Service Desk but my system (Service Desk v4.5 SP15) has a UI Rule to set the actual finish automatically on Incident section.

When a value has changed where
Status (*) equals Completed
AND Pool equals NOAMORMX
Agregar hora del sistema al actual finish (Update Data) Actual Finish set to (Current date)

The situation : if the record has status=Closed but the person change other field for example the Impact the actual finish change.

Any help would be great!!

Did you make sure that no other UI rules are triggered?

All BR & UI were disbled in order to verify Actual Finish update!!!
:( strange, strange!!! this field is taking the modified date, in fact the UI is working fine checking on history lines but even the date in theory is change on Actual Finish this show the last modified date.

:( Please, let me know if there an internal rule on INCIDENT field...

There is not an internal rule to update the actual finish from what I know about the incident module.

Does the pool field changes when the updates are made?
