UCT Time on DB Rules Email Notifications

Hello All,
I have an issue where the timestamp on DB email notification is 11 hours ahead of what is generated in the Service Call (Local time is AEST). If we use a UI rule to call the same fields in an email - times are correct. I have checked the DB server regional settings, Admin Console, client console - and the admin account default time zone - but these all seem to be correct? If anyone could help it would be greatly appreciated!

Hello Toby,

do you have the same timezone set in the system (OS) regional settings ?
What OS are you using ?
