Troubles with registration Service call via e-mail

I've got a problem.
There're error messages began to come to my SD server. "Service Desk did not recognize this command. No action was taken."
In an hour of such messages has come nearby 10000.
And in \service desk 4.5\server appeared dirictory \tmp where error messages and other messages from users were holding.
Only reboot of SD server helped me to fix this problem.

But I do not know with what this error has been related.

Check which e-mail address is sending the e-mails to Service Desk. Also check if Service Desk is going into a loop of inbound email messages:
