Time stamp in information field

Hi,

We have SD 4.5 with SP16, we have requirement that whenever a agent login in OVSD, their name with timestamp should reflect in information feild which should be uneditable.if the same calls is open by other engineer his name & time should come in information field, but it should not overwrite the previous data.

Re: Time stamp in information field

Hi Payal,

You could achieve this by an UI rule using the current person attribute.

1. When a form is opened.
2. Where Status is Anything.
3. Update Information log with current person and system date.

Hi,

Have a look here
http://forums1.itrc.hp.com/service/forums/questionanswer.do?threadId=1118369

You need 2 fields
1) Information (64k) field which ir read only for all users
2) Information Update (4k) field which is write access for all users

You need a DB rule to do the concatenation using the function of current person etc. so have a look at the thread above

//Add this to "OnDomLoad" event
